Creative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy


For some another model of counselling could be more suited to their presenting issue.  The NHS preferred model is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) however it is not necessarily appropriate for everyone.

Have you ever heard of CBT and wondered what it means?

CBT is a talking therapy that can help you to change how you think and behave.  It is understanding how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact and your willingness to change. 

In our practice we have helped clients by using tools taken from CBT.  In these sessions we will work creatively to promote an inclusive means of working together, this will incorporate the use of a selection of therapeutic tools and handouts to support our way of helping you to help and understand yourself.
